It looks like your market has definitely perked up this year and it happened fast.  That's what happened in Silicon Valley last year.  In the course of a few months almost the whole market turned around.

Things are looking up.  I see by your last post that 35 old when 32 sold last year.  I do believe we are experiencing a "normal" market.  If the press would just wake up. :)

Ann, I do hope things improve...my husband put 2MM properties for construction on hold, and are moving on to less than 1MM and we have high hopes of selling in the near future.
