EASY LAST MINUTE DESSERT
SYMPHONY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
I just took some awesome brownies out of the oven! These are SO EASY, but whenever I make them everyone carries on about how much they love them! My niece (Blair) served these at one of our family get-togethers and was kind enough to share this easy recipe......
All you need is a box of brownie mix, eggs, oil and water, in the amounts that the mix calls for. The special ingredient is a couple of Hershey's Symphony candy bars (the big ones, 4.25 ounces).
Mix up the batter as directed on the box and pour 1/2 of it into a prepared 8 X 8 inch or 9 X 9 inch pan. This is the perfect size to layer 2 of the Symphony bars side by side, and then cover them with the rest of the batter. Then I bake them according to the instructions on the package, and cool on a wire rack completely before trying to cut them.
THEY ARE SO RICH AND GOOEY!
If you need a last minute dessert this is an easy one and a big hit with chocolate lovers!
